Well done! I truly believe food can be your best friend or worst enemy! I generally have my morning juices around 10 am...I never eat right when I get up. So glad you are feeling better too. Juicing was a huge game changer for me with regard to cravings and energy. Turmeric has been a huge help with Mr. Bird, achy joints... You're doing so well!! Congrats :)
