Приветствую всех читателей. С вами снова я - аналитик Центра космической погоды и солнечно-земных связей НИИ ядерной физики МГУ (aka @maksina).

And in front of the entrance to the SINP, in the photo there is a monument to students - participants of the first construction teams. I work there. But now, due to quarantine, we all work remotely, even meetings are held in Skype conferences.

Today, my colleagues and I discussed the current problems of our space weather site swx.sinp.msu.ru. Therefore, it is probably worth briefly telling what it is - space weather
Space weather is a branch of space physics and aeronomy, or heliophysics, concerned with the time varying conditions within the Solar System, including the solar wind, emphasizing the space surrounding the Earth, including conditions in the magnetosphere, ionosphere, thermosphere, and exosphere.[ Space weather is distinct from but conceptually related to the terrestrial weather of the atmosphere of Earth (troposphere and stratosphere). The term space weather was first used in the 1950s and came into common usage in the 1990s.

Сегодня мы с коллегами обсуждали текущие проблемы нашего сайта космической погоды swx.sinp.msu.ru. Поэтому , наверное, стоит кратко рассказать, что это такое - космическая погода. Космическая погода - это отрасль космической физики и аэрономии, или гелиофизики, занимающаяся изменяющимися во времени условиями в Солнечной системе, включая солнечный ветер, акцентируя внимание на пространстве вокруг Земли, включая условия в магнитосфере, ионосфере, термосфере и экзосфере.

And the next event is a possible magnetic storm due to the solar wind from a coronal hole in the Sun. It may begin tomorrow, June 17th.
