It was thanks to the work of the huge BelAZ trucks of this company and formed numerous career which today number in the tens. The company is only concerned about the extraction of chalk and its a little worried that in these places every summer attracts hundreds of tourists. Moreover, everywhere are signs "bathing is forbidden". The reason is simple: the place is not equipped, there are no lifeguards and other specialized services that are ready at any moment to help. But signs nobody pays attention. To admire the stunning scenery and swim in clear water, people constantly come to these wonderful places.

What are career?

Themselves a career in its structure, resemble a small Norwegian fjords — a sharp, steep banks and water bodies stretching into the distance. These are elongated in the length of the lake, a small width. All careers are different from each other. There is enough of the old ponds, which can get very difficult. They are surrounded by forest and shrubs. To reach the shore on a steep slope at these quarries can be very dangerous.

Why does the water azure color?

Everything is quite simple. Stunning turquoise hue of the water provides a mixture of chalk and calcium. The bottom is not overgrown, so the water remains crystal clear. The important thing is that swim is absolutely harmless. The water is clean, rain and has no harmful impurities. Muddy it would be, if stir the chalk bottom.

The only problem for holidaymakers may be the depth of the pits. Here it is difficult enough to gently enter the water. Just from the coast gets very deep so children can swim here is really dangerous. It is true that at one of the quarries there is a place where you can relax, even with children.

Each of these reservoirs has already received its name. If the local call them "Lenses" with different numbers, tourists are called career depending on the color of the water or landscapes: "turquoise", "poles" and other names.

What overshadows these landscapes?

What will be the fate of this Paradise is unknown, but knowing the Belarusians say that the Belarusian Maldives — not only in the country. Soon these will appear in Brest and other areas of the country, for the deposits of chalk — one of the few natural resources, which are available in abundance.
