Announcement :Strategy Update of @The-Resistance
@GrumpyCat is transforming into a @MadPuppy
For the last two weeks we were full with hope.
The huge SP of the @GrumpyCat was melting like a snowman, from 500K SP to 191K SP.
The melting rate made us think that GC is at least bored of his fight and packing to go.
We really would like to have an easy accomplishment of our mission with dissapering of the tyrannt.
But,this is real life...
Villains don't dissapear like this.
Now, @GrumpyCat has a side account.
@MadPuppy!
I am also pissed of his using those innocent creatures as a symbol of hurting people!
He has found a new way of hurting minnows.
Therefore, we announce a strategy change in our We-Resist bot.
- @GrumpyCat and @MadPuppy accounts will be treated as same person
- @The-Resistance, with @We-Resist bot will:
- Downvote all the self-upvotes of @GrumpyCat and @MadPuppy
- Downvote all the upvotes from @GrumpyCat and @MadPuppy to each other
- Protect all the freedom-fighters fom @GrumpyCat and @MadPuppy by mass upvoting their downvotes
- Put the resistance message to all the downvotes of @GrumpyCat and @MadPuppy
We salute everyone that fights and willing to fight for a good and fair cause bigger than themselves!
What is my new tactic that specifically target minnows?
Is it because you think that buying votes is for minnows only?
Because, it is mostly minnows that have to buy votes.
I have a proposition for you, if you care, and if your fight is with only non GrumpyCompliant bots, use reward.
* Inform that people should use GrumpyCompliant tag in their posts and use GrumpyCompliant bots
* If they do that award them with a small upvote
This way, i will believe that you care for people but you won't do that because

This is so ridiculous don't know where to start.
For one, 95% of promoted post are already grumpy-compliant, that's thousands of posts daily.
I'm using merely 15% of my voting power to send a stronger message to the 5% that didn't get the memo yet.

Considering that you spend a lot of your time flagging posts that need not be flagged, I have to say that you may not truly value your time. I don't think you care much for it because it takes you 2.5 seconds to post one word and upvote yourself, thus paying yourself for your time.
For someone who says that you value your time, you are wasting a lot of your time doing nothing but hurting the little guys.
Now you've wasted more time creating a secondary account?
I think you're starting to lose this battle.
Don't you rich folks realize that all you're doing is destroying the rewards pool by paying yourself?
Don't you realize you're destroying the platform? How much of this abuse can be sustained without imploding the platform?
I have to say, @grumpycat, that if nobody can come to an agreement within the next two months, we're going to have a lot more problems than a 3.5 day rule.
You've been asked to talk about it and you refuse. What if we casted a vote? Surely you can't make all the decisions for steemit. If you think you can, you've got some serious issues.
I watch folks give you multiple solutoins and every time you ignore by responding with your nose in the air.
Will you continue til you destroy the platform? Is that your ultimate goal? Cause there's a handful of people that will never ever comply to your rules because your approach sucks.
Have you ever owned or ran or managed a business?

Basically he is some rich guy who has no life at all. He is clearly behaving as a centralized authority to attack others, on a platform that is calls itself decentralized.
I like to think I have authority over my centralized self's actions.

Exactly this is a decentralized platfrom, so he has the right to do everything he wants.
@the-resistance's point exactly. Security is often enforced by the communities themselves to lessen the power of harmful individuals.
And we, a team of poor guys that have a life is trying to break the authority of his tyranny on guys like us...

I'll be doing my resisting via the door. Steemit sounded like an interesting idea when I first heard about it, but the more I see the less I like.
@mishaburnett, don't be encourged, Steemit is like life, only unregulated.
For sure you will find the ways to survive and succeed here.
There will be bad people and good people and inbetween.
There will be bullies trying to impose their rules and there will be people like us rejecting the rules imposed by brute force.
