If you didn't give yours Upvote keys to steemvoter , then this is consider Unauthorized use. This is consider STOLEN keys.

Even if you did give your keys, they were given under the agreement of only one vote per day, and if the terms were changed there was no communication to ask for agreement of new terms.
This is not the first time this has happened.
One vote per day for self-promotion it says on their site. And they may "catch up on historical votes due in batches".
Let us know if they violated this or if terms were changed without establishing new agreement.
Just not to leave anything out, the exact quote is (currently) as follows:
"You can vote on Authors you like for free. Premium services will not be Free. Also, we reserve the right to use one vote every day from every account to self-promote. This may not happen exactly every day and we may catch up on historical votes due in small batches."
