In this Thanksgiving story for kids, we see a young boy named Max and his mother picking out a giant turkey for the Thanksgiving feast. The family is preparing their food for the guests who are coming on Thanksgiving Day by roasting the turkey in their oven. The young girl kneads the bread as a father stirs the cranberries. and Uncle arrives with a salad and an ant with her famous beans. Everyone is coming and bringing their famous dishes to enjoy with one another. As we continue this book reading for kids, we see the cousins who have arrived to play with Max and his sister on this Thanksgiving Day. There are even some neighbors who come with their arms piled high with cookies and brownies to enjoy for dessert. the turkey has finally finished with it roasted golden skin. The table is spread with cranberries, stuffing, broccoli, homemade bread, yams, and gravy. Everyone is so excited to eat, they can't wait as they smell the delicious sense of all the beautiful Foods on Thanksgiving Day. As Max's mother and brings out the crispy golden turkey she trips over Max and the Thanksgiving turkey flies off the plate into the aquarium. Max is sad that he has ruined Thanksgiving day, but his grandmother Comforts him and lets him know that family and friends are much more important than food. His grandfather tells him it's no problem that there isn't a turkey and they Express their gratitude for all that they have during this Thanksgiving season. Everyone enjoys games and reading and spending time chatting after the feast has been completed, the end of a Happy Thanksgiving day comes as all the guests leave to go back to their own homes. Max says, I bet this is the best Thanksgiving we have ever had.
