The Hash home base restaurant opens back up... kind of

Corona has been tough on everyone in Chiang Mai, the rest of Thailand, and apparently all of the world except for a few places here and there. We recently were given the go ahead to reopen our restaurant just like all other restaurants were given the same opportunity to start making some money again.

The Hashers of Chiang Mai rejoice because the Euro Diner has reopened with the full menu available.

We do have some restrictions in place about where people can sit and how large the groups are allowed to be. Unless it is a family no more than 2 people can sit together. It sounds silly to a lot of folks, but we don't make the rules. We do on the other hand, get fined if we don't abide by these rules so we're going to enforce them, even if we know you.

My apologies for the almost correct English, but it wouldn't be Thailand without at least a slight mistake here and there. The menu remains the same as it was before so all of your favorites are ready for take-away and dine in service should you need it.

It would be nice if all the Hashers that remain in Chiang Mai would stop by and have a dinner or lunch here as our Bunny Hasher "Nong" is the owner here and she has struggled just like every other small business owner during the enforced shutdown of business in the city.

Let's hope that they will allow the full reopening soon but for the time being we are not certain whether or not we are allowed to serve alcohol or not, we will update about this as soon as we have any word from the government clarifying this rather important aspect for our "regulars."

It's a little step in the right direction and we have to celebrate these small victories. So get your butt down to Euro Diner and have some dinner immediately!
