The Tart Taste of Dill Chinese Cabbage & Egg Stir-fry

This is a dish that packs quite a bit of flavor starting with the dill cabbage. The cabbage provides the sourness and the seasonings such as premium fish sauce and honey provide the sweetness & saltiness. The result is a delicious healthy option for people who don't eat meat.

This dish is normally eaten with rice but because of its dry nature, kids love to pick at it and eat. Also very popular among social drinking tables because of it's tart flavor.

I personally make it just to eat with rice and most times I'll eat it with some type of chili dip. Thai meals are great for getting the opportunity to eat many things each meal. There's never a dull meal eaten with great family and friends in Thailand. Meaning we always lovingly eat meals together. All of them. If you say you don't have time to eat with your family daily because of work, means you have the wrong job.
