Red Bean Curd Stir-Fry from Southern Thailand
This red bean curd stir-fry was absolutely tasty and flavorful. It's stir-fried with pork, mushrooms, peas and red bean curd with the sauce a little thicker than usual.
Red bean curd is a dry fermented tofu that has a very unique and flavorful taste. This is normally eaten with rice but can also be eaten without it. This dish isn't spicy and I super enjoyed it. I will definitely ask for the recipe.
