Yes, we have some people that are not voting, and because they are just taking (coming, posting, leaving) not even reading what we say for the community. So, because they are not participating I take the decision to not upvote them until they decide to play the game or delegating their VP to thaiteam if they don't want to vote. Now some has already changed and they vote but now some vote too much and have 0% VP it is the two extreme. I hope they will see my design. :)
