😀วันนี้ได้อ่านหนังสือไปเจอเจ้านี่มา มันชื่อว่า"ถั่งเช่า" ชื่อแปลกดีนะคะ เห็นเค้าว่าเป็นตัวช่วยผิวขาวใส เลยเข้าไปอ่านแล้วนำมาฝากทุกคนค่ะ.........
🐛ถั่งเช่า Ophiocordyceps sinensis คือ เชื้อราที่เจริญเติบโตในตัวหนอนผีเสื้อช่วงฤดูหนาว เมื่อหนอนตายลงในช่วงฤดูร้อน เชื้อราจะงอกออกมาจากซากหนอน ซึ่งเป็นฤดูที่จะสามารถเก็บสมุนไพรชนิดนี้เพื่อนำไปใช้ได้
🐛การแพทย์แผนปัจจุบันพบว่า ถั่งเช่ามีสารแอนติออกซิแดนต์ช่วยชะลอความเสื่อม และมีคุณสมบัติต้านอาการอักเสบ จึงช่วยบรรเทาโรคหรือความเจ็บป่วยที่เกิดจากการอักเสบ เช่น ไข้หวัด อาการปวดเมื่อยได้
