Wow! I had no idea that things are not improving!
Why don't you stop supporting these people for a few days until they meet your minimum condition!
So you have more voting power to help those people who are voting for their colleagues.
It seems unfair to take advantage of free voting power from you while they are not helping you voting other members. It is almost unethical, a bit like cheating and taking advantage of other people!
You should have a several steps: first step to issue warning, second step: to issue a 'ticket' or notice that they are not getting free upvotes until you see more good results!
These are my opinion, they may not be correct from other people's points of view.
Yes I don't know why they don't want to vote, if you take a look in Steemd.com you'll know all the history from the first day they'd arrived. It's very unfair to other people, คนที่เราเอาโพสต์ไปแปะให้อ่านแล้วยังไม่เริ่มโหวต เราก็เริ่มคว่ำบาตรไปบ้างแล้วล่ะ....ไม่อยากทำ แต่มันก็ต้องทำเพื่อส่วนรวมเน้อะ เก็บเอาพลังไว้โหวตให้คนที่รู้จักช่วยส่วนรวมดีกว่า
