ขอดื่มด้วยจิ / Are you" UNDER 21?

สวัสดีค่ะเพื่อนๆชาว Steemit ทุกคน Good Morning นะคะ เดาว่าหลายคนน่าจะกำลังเตรียมตัวไปทำงาน ส่วนอีกหลายคนก้ออาจจะยังงีบต่อได้อีกหน่อยเพราะใช้รถไฟฟ้ารถ,ไฟใต้ดินซึ่งสะดวกรวดเร็วดีนำพาเราไปถึงออฟฟิศในไม่กี่นาที เอาล่ะมาเข้าเรื่องของโพสวันนี้ของตุ๊กติ๊กกันดีกว่า เสนอตอนที่ว่า "ขอดื่มด้วยจิ" แฮร่!! :D วันนี้เสี่ยกับตุ๊กติ๊กมีนัด meeting กับเพื่อนๆสมัยเรียนที่ร้านขายเครื่องดื่มมึนเมาในเมืองค่ะ พอตุ๊กติ๊กอ้าปากสั่งเครื่องดื่มมืนเมาเท่านั้นแหละ..พนักงานสาวสวยก้อถามหาบัตรประชาชนเลยจร้า ต่อมมโนทำงานรวดเร็วมากคร้า (คิดเองเสร็จสรรพสงสัยเราจะหน้าเด็ก)..

Hello Steemit Fam!! Good Morning / Afternoon / Evening to all my dear friends :D
I hope you guys miss me and wait to read my fun post in everyday :-) Well, tonight we have a meeting with our high school friends in the city and I wanna share you guys about the law which is a bit different from my country. "Are you "UNDER" 21? Could I have your ID please? " lol yes this is the question after i ordered my first drink tonight. Then I think "Oh my god ! my face might look so young that's why she waana see my ID"

จริงๆแล้วไม่ใช่หรอกค่ะ ..ที่เค้าขอดูเพราะเค้าต้องการแน่ใจว่าเค้าเสริฟเครื่องดื่มมึนเมาให้กับคนที่อายุเกิน 21 ปีเท่านั้นตามกฏหมายกำหนดไว้ เพราะถ้าเค้าพลาดไปเสริฟให้กับเด็กที่อายุต่ำกว่า 21 ปี แล้วโดนซุ่มตรวจขึ้นมา ทางร้านอาจจะโดนปรับและปิดชั่วคราวส่วนคนเสริฟก้อไม่รอดจร้าโดนปรับ 500 เหรียญด้วยเช่นกัน ถึงตอนนี้เลยต้องเลิกมโนคิดว่าตัวเองหน้าเด็กเสียทีเพราะแท้จริงแล้ว ไม่เกี่ยวกับหน้าเลยสักนิด ต่อให้ใช้กวนอิมมาก้อโดนตรวจบัตรอยู่ดี โทษปรับที่นี่แพงค่ะคนที่นี่ไม่ค่อยจะฝืนกฏหมายกันค่ะเพราะกลัวเสียประวัติและเสียเงินด้วย อันนี้เรื่องใหญ่

LOL then I found out that Naaaa!!! it is not about young face or old face, but it is about the law, here in America the waitresses are not allowed to serve all kind of alcohols to the customers who's under 21 that's why the waitress have to ask for ID to make sure that they 're not break the law, because the fine is so high. In my country, they also checked your ID but not in every restaurants, mostly at the pubs or bars and the fine in Thailand in not so high like America.

This is one of different law & culture in America that I feel like Thai people should know, at when you travel to this country then you know why have to ask to see your ID :-).
