The last couple of months, I've been away from Steemit due to my job in Europe, which I'm going to share with you my little journey now.

Beginning with the application for a Schengen visa, I was not sure which countries to visit, France, Spain or Portugal but it's likely to be France. That's why I applied for​ my Schengen visa with France Embassy. But it turned out to be Lisbon only! Well, this was not the way it should be. Even Lisbon is in Europe, according to Schengen visa regulation, I should apply for ​my visa from the country I would stay there for the longest period. So in this case I should go to France and be there longer than in Portugal too.

Finally, the plan was revised​ to have both Portugal and France. Since there is no direct flight from Bangkok to Portugal, I had to transfer my flight at Munich, Germany.

And this is the photo of the ​Munich airport which is spacious and modern.

Plenty of working space, well-equipped with the power outlets. No need to keep searching for a vacant seat.

Surprisingly, the smoking room is large too, even I'm a non-smoker I've to take a photo of the room. In some countries, the smoking area is tiny and smoke penetrates to the non-smoking area. But not for this case, the ventilation here, is pretty effective.

Nespresso counter is available, I guess the price is cheaper than the cafe.

When travel with a connecting flight, I learned that, I had to be conscious​ even though, I've checked through from Bangkok and had 2 boarding cards ready. But when I arrived at the Munich, the transfer country, lucky me that I double checked the flight with the departures board. And I had to run​ to terminal one instead of two as identified on the boarding card.

So don't just trust your check through boarding cards, there might be some alteration with the terminal or gate.

The flight from Bangkok to Munich took me around​ 13 hrs, from Munich to Lisbon another 3 hrs, waiting time is 3 hrs, altogether 19 hrs.

When I reached the ​Altis hotel. I found the television in this hotel is super cool. It's on the big panel of glass with my name on the screen too.

The complimentary set at the hotel has the egg tart, which I longed for. This is the original recipe that I would like to taste and it was right there before me :) But after I finished it, I preferred the Hongkong's style which has stronger egg flavours​ and crispier, while this one gave me the creamy and light texture rather than the rich taste of eggs. Cuisine varies in each region, it's adjusted to the taste of people. There is no right or wrong to this.

The wine​ was there too, but I didn't drink it. Even I didn't drink, I slept like I was swooning. But now I felt sorry for myself for not packing it back home.

Two single beds connected and they are comfy.

That’s the end of my little journey, I had to run to another hotel the next day, it is closer to the place I had to work. The next hotel is quite nice too, I'll share you in my next post.

สวัสดีค่ะ เพื่อนๆ Steemit ทุกท่าน

เดือนสองเดือนที่ผ่านมา เป็นเดือนที่ไม่ค่อยได้เข้ามาใน Steemit เพราะมีธุระที่ต้องเดินทางไกล วันนี้เลยจะมาเล่าเรื่องการเดินทางให้ฟังกันค่ะ

เริ่มจากขอ Schengen วีซ่ากันเลยค่ะ เดิมทียังยังไม่แน่ใจว่าจะเดินทางไปที่ประเทศไหนกันแน่ ระหว่างฝรั่งเศส สเปน และโปรตุเกส แต่มีแนวโน้มว่าจะไปฝรั่งเศสจึงไปขอวีซ่าจากสถานฑูตฝรั่งเศส แต่ในที่สุดได้ความว่าจะไปกันที่ลิสบอน ประเทศโปรตุเกสที่เดียว!!! วุ่นวายแล้วซิคะ จะทำอย่างไรดี...เพราะแม้จะเป็นประเทศที่อยู่ EU เหมือกันแต่ตามกฎของ Schengen วีซ่า มีอยู่ว่าจะไปอยู่ประเทศไหนนานสุด ก็ควรไปขอวีซ่าจากประเทศนั้น ดังนั้นกรณีนี้ก็ควรเดินทางไปฝรั่งเศสด้วยซิคะถึงจะถูกต้อง...ไม่ใช่ว่าไม่ไปเลย

ในที่สุดก็ปรับเปลี่ยนแผนใหม่คือไปทั้งโปรตุเกสและฝรั่งเศสค่ะ แต่เพราะไม่มีเที่ยวบินตรงจากกรุงเทพฯไปลิสบอน ก็เลยต้องไปต่อเครื่องที่มิวนิค ประเทศเยอรมันก่อน

วันนี้เลยมีภาพที่สนามบินมิวนิคประเทศเยอรมันมาฝากกัน สนามบินดูโอ่อ่าทันสมัย และสะดวกสบายมาก

มีพื้นที่ให้ใช้ทำงานอย่างเป็นสัดส่วน มีปลั๊กให้ชาร์จแบต ไม่ต้องคอยเล็งว่าคนนั้นเค้าจะชาร์จเสร็จรึยัง คนนี้จะลุกเมื่อไหร่...ที่นี่มีให้ใช้อย่างเหลือเฟือค่ะ

และที่แปลกใจคือห้องสูบบุหรี่ใหญ่โตมาก แม้ว่าจะไม่ได้เป็นคนสูบบุหรี่ยังอดถ่ายรูปเก็บไว้ไม่ได้ แต่ก็มีโฆษณาแบรนด์บุหรี่ก็ติดหราอยู่ด้านบนด้วยค่ะ ห้องสูบบุหรี่บางประเทศเป็นแค่ห้องเล็กๆ แถมควันยังหลุดรอดออกมาให้คนไม่สูบต้องดมกันอีกด้วย แต่ห้องที่นี่เดินผ่านก็ไม่เหม็น ระบบการระบายอากาศของเขาดีมาก

มีส่วนขายกาแฟแคปซูล Nespresso ซื้อกาแฟจากที่นี่ น่าจะราคาถูกกว่าซื้อจากร้านคาเฟ่ข้างในค่ะ

การเดินทางแบบต้องต่อเครื่องนี่ก็มีเรื่องให้ต้องระมัดระวังนะคะ ถึงแม้ว่าเราจะให้สายการบินช่วยเช็คอินล่วงหน้าให้เราแล้วจากประเทศต้นทางคือประเทศไทย มีการออกบอร์ดดิ้ง พาสเรียบร้อยแล้ว 2 ใบ แต่เมื่อไปถึงมิวนิค คือเปลี่ยน terminal เลยทีเดียว โชคดีที่เดินไปส่องที่กระดานระหว่างนั่งรอ...เลยทำให้รู้ว่าเรามาผิด terminal ซะแล้ว

อย่าไว้วางใจบอร์ดดิ้ง พาสที่ออกจากประเทศต้นทาง เพราะอาจมีการเปลี่ยน terminal หรือเปลี่ยน gate ได้เสมอ

ออกจากกรุงเทพฯ 9.00 น. ไปถึงมิวนิค ประมาณ 16.00 น. น่าจะประมาณ 13 ชั่วโมง
จากมิวนิคไปลิสบอน อีกประมาณ 3 ชั่วโมง ไม่นับเวลาแกร่วรอที่สนามบินอีก 3 ชั่วโมง
รวมเป็น 19 ชั่วโมง

เมื่อไปถึงโรงแรมจึงมีสภาพเยี่ยงนี้ หน้าซีดเซียวดูไม่ได้ แต่ที่จะเอามาให้ดูคือ ประทับใจทีวีของโรงแรมนี้จัง คือทีวีที่อยู่บนกระจก และเมื่อเราเข้าไปในห้องจะเห็น ชื่อผู้เข้าพักปรากฏอยู่บนจอด้วยค่ะ

นอกจากนี้แล้วที่ประทับใจอีกอย่างคือมีขนมต้อนรับเป็นทาร์ตไข่ ของโปรด อยากกินของต้นตำหรับมานานแล้ว แต่พอลองกินดูกลับไม่ชอบเท่าทาร์ตไข่สไตล์ฮ่องกงมากกว่า ที่จะหอมไข่และเนื้อสัมผัส นุ่มดึ๋ง ของโรงแรมที่ชิมดูจะไม่รู้สึกถึงความเป็นไข่ แต่รู้สึกถึงความเป็นครีมข้นๆ ที่เซ็ตตัวแล้วมากกว่า แต่แน่นอนว่าอาหาร หรือขนมในแต่ละท้องที่ก็มีการปรับเปลี่ยนสูตรให้เข้ากับรสนิยมของท้องถิ่นนั้นๆ เรื่องแบบนี้ไม่มีถูกไม่มีผิด นอกจากนี้ยังมีไวน์ให้ดื่มฟรีแต่ไม่ได้ดื่ม เพราะแค่นี้ก็สลบเหมือดแล้ว แต่แอบเสียดายที่ลืมหิ้วกลับมาอีกต่างหาก

เตียงนอนเป็นเตียงเดี่ยวต่อกัน ก็นอนสบายดีค่ะ

คืนนั้นต้องรีบเข้านอนเพราะวันรุ่งขึ้นต้องเดินทางต่อไป อีกโรงแรมหนึ่งซึ่งใกล้กับสถานที่ๆ จะไปทำงานมากกว่า โรงแรมต่อไปที่จะไปอยู่น่ารักมากค่ะ ไว้จะเอามาให้ดูกันนะคะ
