TEZDELE NOTICE: Compensation for Baking Issue & Tezdele Tezos Baking Service Termination

Hi All Tezdele Delegators,

I am going to inform you that the baking issue all of us currently experienced.

After the large scale update in Tezos last year, we went through the phenomenon that the baking node stops that we have asked delegators for their understanding, and we have also taken measures such as no fee deduction for 50~69th cycles related to the baking issue. The recent baking issue that concerned delegators arisen also caused by instability of the nodes for a specific moment, thus, we would like to inform you a countermeasure and rewards for delegators.

[Rewards for Baking Issue]

The recent baking issue was for 81~84th cycles, the time that the baking node stopped so there were no baking rewards. However, on 11th of Mar., we have restored the node so that the baking is now going alright from the 85th cycle. The problem here is the rewards that we have failed to earn from the baking and endorsing since there was no baking done during the 81~84th cycle. Therefore, we, Tezdele, have verified the exact damage from the baking issue and today compensated our delegator after deducting the fee. Detailed rewards are as below.

Baker A: In total, 2,010 Rewards
Baker B: In total, 2,124 Rewards

Please refer to the diagram for the compensation basis.

Rewards were given in proportion to what delegated to every Tezdele delegator who has suffered from this baking issue.

[Tezdele Tezos Baking Service Termination Notice]

Tezdele has started its first baking early August last year and we have decided to terminate its baking service within 15 cycles starting from 12th Mar. We have been trying to run the baking service as long as we can, thus, we can grow up with Tezos, but it has been several months that we are lack of manpower and facing hard times to maintain operation. Consequently, the termination decision has been made in order to prevent more inconvenience and damage.

Here we are going to give you an explanation on the last compensation plan. We, Tezdele, have decided to select 92nd cycle as the last cycle for the delegation. Accordingly, from 85th cycle to 89th cycle, the rewards will be given in 90th cycle and from 90th cycle to 92nd cycle, the rewards will be given in 100th cycle. (Taking 7 cycles of baking period into account) In other words, as the last snapshot for baking delegation will be taken in 92nd cycle and no delegation service is available from 93rd cycle, we genuinely hope that you will find a good baker for you for the delegation service. After the last payout, Tezdele terminates its delegation service. Again, we would like to sincerely ask your kind understanding for this termination.

As stated in the above, in the 100th cycle, the last rewards will be paid out with the announcement of the termination of Tezdele.
