Grated Raw Mangoes 5
Salt 1/2 cup or as per taste
Roasted Fenugreek/Methi powder 2tsp
Chilli powder 1/2 cup
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Oil 200 ml
Hing1/2 tsp
Musturd 2tsp
Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp

In a mixing bowl add grated mango,salt and turmeric powder mix it well and store it in the jar for 3 days. On 4th day sun dry it for 2 days .
In a deep bowl add mango mixture,methi powder,chilli powder mix well add oil .

And finally season with musturd, fenugreek seeds and hing.after it comes to room temperature add in to the mango pachdi. Store in a dry jar. It will ready in a week's time .
You can store this for more than a year.
Oil should be there on the top always.
