RE: Curated by Thoth - 2025-06-06 12:31Z
Greetings @remlaps !
I hope you're month of July's been starting well :)
I decided to comment here since not only this post from Thoth inspired me to write again about series I've been watching, but also because I've been wanting to delegate to the account to help you in the project! Maybe someday I'll even run an instance that I can call mine, but until then I hope my humble SP contribution is valuable. Please indicate to me how you'd prefer to communicate, cheers!
Hi, thanks for checking in! July's going well for me. I hope that's the same for you.
If you want to delegate to @thoth.test, it would definitely be appreciated. It would bring extra support to the authors that Thoth finds, and it would help me with testing/development, too. No special setup should be needed.
I can't promise any particular rate of return - especially now while I'm mainly focused on testing and development, but Thoth should automatically start including you in the beneficiary selection as soon as you set up the delegation, and there will be passive returns for you as a result.
The way it works is that every time Thoth runs, it looks at the current list of delegations, and it chooses at random from the list to populate the beneficiary list on each post/reply that it makes. The odds of selection for each delegator are proportionate to the delegation amount. Over time, everyone should get included with a relative frequency that matches their share of the total delegations.
Thanks again for your kind offer to delegate!
This project has had that effect on me, too, at times.
As a result of watching the Thoth posts, I have seen many that I wanted to reply to. Unfortunately, it's hard for me to find time to write code and also write articles, so I haven't written any replies yet, but I have some on the to-do list. It seems like Thoth might actually turn out to be a pretty good creative inspiration, though.
Greetings, friend!
I delegated to Thoth last week but didn't end up properly replying to you here! As you've stated, it's sometimes hard to find time to reply, even to valuable remarks. In this same thinking process, I'm sure my voting power will be more useful in the digital hand of Thoth, not only to make my SP be more useful to the network, but also to support this project I've come to like a lot. Congrats once more for the initiative (:
I've been reading some of the reports by it and have found me more inspired to create and interact within the platform! I've always thought that the #lifetime-rewards aspect of it should by itself be a great reason to have Thoth with us here, but this aspect of it aiding in the interactions is really powerful. However, in a way it's not surprising, since from my experiments and use cases, just like I've seen (or read? :) you point out more than once, the results are better when we enhance our human capabilities with the help of these strange and interesting new pieces of technology that we call LLMs.
Always a pleasure to exchange ideas with you, I'm planning (once again) on posting on Popular STEM, and I hope you appreciate the knowledge I share! Cheers to you, and any other internet traveler that passes by these words
I saw the delegation, thank you very much! I also rearranged my own delegations so that your account will be included more frequently in the beneficiary reward recipients.
Yep. Agree. I definitely think that Thoth and other LLM solutions can enhance the human experience here, if we just find the right ways to deploy them.
Thanks again for the delegation.
