I don't think this is possible. The follow button uses JavaScript which you can't really execute properly here. Maybe figure out the AJAX request that is being performed there and manually call it?
OK thanks ... sorry it looks as I would be an IT-crack but I am not actually ;-)) just copied the idea from another Steemian... so wont be able to program in AJAX soon ;-))
