Steemimg was my first choice but it appears to be recovering from DDOS.

This was the hardest thing so far for me to learn to do. Finally, I took someone's advice to save images to your files, then upload them on imgsafe.org--a free hosting site--which will convert your picture to a URL that you can copy and paste into the image tool.

I use imgsafe.org and postimage.org isn't bad either I've used both
