Sorry to hear that. That happened to me once also. Frustrating to say the least. Now I write in word and then copy/paste it in.

Yep, happens to the best of us; extremely frustrating. I usually have the text ready in Word, but still so much time can go into formatting in the editor, and then, poof, cat knows what happened...
it's almost not worth it to make a backup because, as you said...sooooo much time formatting..
It definitely hurts when hours of material goes POOF! Hope it doesn't happen to you again

I have had the same thing happen to be twice now, after the first time, I was making it a point to copy into a word document before posting, but one time I forgot, and it happened again...grrrr! All that work and it just disappears down the memory hole! I really should just type them up IN word first, the problem I have is changing the habit I already formed.
