I totally get what you're saying but Tesla is a for profit business so I don't see them making anything free (especially in the US or EU) anytime soon. Would be awesome for the world if they did offer "free of charge" personal travel for humanity. Who knows, maybe in the future Elon Musk will be able do something like what you're suggesting but for Elon Musk to be able to fund Solar City, Space X and future ventures Tesla has to earn money. I agree though - TSLA is a great long term trade/investment.

To answer your other question - I use "TradingView" for charting and I use "Think or Swim" for trading. TD Ameritrade recently reduced their commission cost and I got them to match what I was paying at Trade King ($4.95) so ToS is working great for me!
