The US military should conduct an extremely long "interrogation" before the execution, and there should be no hood covering Netanyahu's face during the execution, so the American people are certain it is actually him. Civilian reporters should also be free to live stream the execution to the internet for verification of death, then Netanyahu's corpse should be transported to the Palestinian government for further verification of death.
