Judge overturns life without parole sentence for DC sniper Lee Boyd Malvo

For those of you that aren't familiar with the case, Malvo and his partner John Muhammad murdered ten people in a series of sniping attacks in Washington DC; these were known as the Beltway Snipers.

The Middle East Forum ran a series of posts establishing that the murderers were indeed Muslim:

However, this angle of the case was studiously ignored by the media:

Malvo's partner was executed in 2009; Malvo, sentenced at age 17, has had his own sentence overturned by democratic party Judge Raymond A. Jackson; Jackson is, unsurprisingly, a Bill Clinton appointee.
