Facebook currently has face detection
algorithms that they say are more accurate than the human brain's recognition. The challenge is to recognize a face compared to an old photo, this would identify people in the future using, for example, security cameras. One way to solve it would be using artificial intelligence that learns based on patterns of change, but it would take a lot of pictures of people at different times in their lives.
