Nice Fun with some info - First of all I would say that is really an interesting situation but it doesn't happen often.
If a ball gets broken/bursts during play, the point will be replayed.
If the racket breaks during rally there can be two cases
a) The racket is broken to an extent where a return is not possible.
In such cases since the play is going on , the opposite player wins the point.
b) The racket still works in the rally though its broken or if strings have come out..This case as you said the play continues until a fault or point is won by either of them 😍
