34 caves of Ellora are located 380 km from Mumbai.
In it there are temples and artifacts of Hindu, Buddhist and Jain.
Here are 17 Hindu caves, 12 Buddhist caves and 5 Jain caves.

In these caves the Buddhist monks first came here and they performed their art on the hills.

Cave number 1 is known as Vishwakarma.
These caves were searched by Army Officer John Smith and his crew in 1819.
These caves are located near the city of Maharashtra, Aurangabadimages.jpg
These caves are made by cutting large rocks.
These caves have been included in the World Heritage list in 1983.
These caves came into existence during the time of 350 to 700.
