Best:

https://temp-mail.org - free, fast, fast update, you can change mail domain;
https://tempmailo.com - modern design, fast updating emails, good looking inbox;
https://tempail.com - QR code of your mail address;
https://tempr.email - Good, a lot of domains.

Medium:

https://getnada.com - Nada is old player, but they have to work on site design;
https://www.mailinator.com - also very old player. This mail domain is banned from big sites.
https://tempmail.net - good design. Personally i not receive email on this service :(

Others:

https://generator.email - poor design, bad mail domains;
https://10minutemail.com - i know it is popular, but keeping emails only for 10minutes is bad idea.
