Telos Network Launch decision is expected within 2 weeks. All the working groups are progressing and busy to ensure smooth launch. Two weeks of time seems too close. The count down has begun...

There are some the key elements that still has to addressed. It will be a continuous improvement methodology that will play a role to further enhance the capabilities of Network. Some of the big wins during last includes BP rotation.
After the successful launch EOSIO community can learn a lot from Telos. We will share what we have worked on with everyone.

Telos Launch is based on a checklist. It encourages to launch “on time” no matter what may be missing. We’ve seen problems with the EOS launch with count down (Go/No-go decisions) and we would like to avoid those problems. By using a checklist approach, the focus is on delivering every necessary piece so that the chain runs as it needs to in order to succeed.
