This is the story of end parts of our chromosomes that could be influenced our life.
I hope that by defining a series of scientific phenomena about telomere crosstalk with everyday life, I can take a step forward in improving the quality of life of others.

Part 1:
Telomeres at the end of linear chromosomes get shorter after a finite number of cell divisions and reach a crisis point that causing cell aging and death. In some cases, under the stressful factors including psychological and physiological stress, the cells do not pass this natural process and go out of normal state and resulting in occurrence of life threating conditions such as cancer.
Of these, one can point out a lifestyle. Lifestyle may refer to the way a person lives. Then, cancer could be assigned lifestyles disease. Lifestyle diseases are defined as diseases linked with the way people live their life. This is commonly caused by alcohol, drug, and smoking abuse as well as lack of physical activity and unhealthy eating. For example, the more alcohol that people drink, the more their cells appear to age. Researchers at the Kobe University reported that alcoholic individuals had shortened telomere lengths, exposed them at greater risk for age-associated diseases, such as CVD, diabetes, cancer, and dementia.
Another factor is the way people live in his/her early life/childhood period. Childhood stress can be present in any setting that requires the child to adapt or change. Stress may be caused by positive changes, such as starting a new activity, but it is most commonly linked with negative changes such as illness or death in the family.

Excellent article.
I've never been thinking about a from childhood stress.
I think everyone in childhood has experienced a lot of stress of various kinds.
(situation in the house, own physical appearance, un reserved love, mistreatment of peers etc).
I think it would be wise to analyze own childhood.
To estimate the damage ...

Yeah. adverse effects in early childhood, when we are 0-8 years old, directly influence our lives in the future. According to scientific findings, our present telomere length can predict past events happened in our life.
