Continuing with the TED Talks - following Seth Godin, Ken Robinson and Derek Sivers - here's a classic from Simon Sinek. It's one of the top 3 in terms of view count and covers his famous golden circle concept, on which he has also written a book - Start With Why. 

If you haven't seen it, then it's definitely worth a watch. And if you have, well a refresh is never a bad idea!
