On the other hand, there is a controversy between Windows 10 users, the problem is that Microsoft seems to collect more data from the user that they should. And that despite disable the collection of information, the team continues to send data to Microsoft. Microsoft gave answer to criticisms on his official blog, explaining that: "10 Windows collects information that the product works best for you", also ensures that data are encrypted to their servers and then "stored in secure facilities". Microsoft ensures to collect only anonymous information, in order to fix your software problems. According to them, they do not collect data that can identify the user.
