Investors believe in the great potential of blockchain

According to the results of a new survey conducted by the Global Blockchain Business Council (GBBC) 40% of institutional investors consider, that blockchain can become the second revolutionary technology in the list after the Internet.

These results were presented at the world economic forum in Davos.
Still, a third part of investors (about 34%) did not agree with this opinion about the future of technology.

However, other opinions of respondents are also interesting: for example, 31% of respondents believe that within five years the top management of global companies will include specialists responsible for the development of blockchain areas.

The study was conducted in December and January and 71 investors participated in it (all of them were representing large companies).

In our opinion, despite the fact that 34% of the surveyed investors expressed an opinion different from the majority, today there is no doubt in the potential of blockchain technology. We are confident that the blockchain will have a huge impact on many sectors of the economy and important spheres of our daily live.
