The top five smartphone makers all shipped more units than they did in the same quarter last year, according to IDC. Here they are, along with the number of units they sold in the period.
- Samsung - 83.3 million
- Apple - 46.7 million
- Huawei - 39.1 million
- Oppo - 30.7 million
- Xiaomi - 27.6 million
