Logitech MX Master 2s review - A graphic designer's perspective.
I just got my new mouse yesterday and I absolutely love it!
As you can see my previous mouse was a Microsoft mouse (Microsoft Mouse 4000 I think)
And yes.. I used it with a Mac. It was horrible.
I got that mouse when I used windows and it worked fine. But with a mac it is useless.. scrolling is bad, no drivers (at least I didn't found any)
This is why I decided to invest in a proper mouse which is working with mac flawlessly. This is where the Logitech MX master came in.
To be honest I don't know how I lived without it. IT IS AWESOME!
There is a driver for mac which is great. I can set everything I want anyhow I want.
I love that I can set it how to work with specific applications.
For example if I press the button behind the scroll wheel it shows my desktop. But if I press it in Illustrator it functions as a shift key on a keyboard.
The back/forward buttons are great too. It comes handy if I'm browsing the web. But in Illustrator I set it to work as cmd+Z/shift+cmd+Z
The button under my thumb (yes there is a button too) is my favourite. I set it as a gesture button. This means if I press it and move the mouse left, it reacts as if I would pressed cmd+C on a keyboard. If I move it to the right it is cmd+V.
So as I already said it in the beginning I love this mouse. It made my workflow a lot faster.
