HOW TO IDENTIFY GENUINE INFINIX PHONES
I decided to put up this post today to help many people out there who still don't know how to differentiate
original Infinix phones from fake ones.
Though this post may not be really new, but it would help some innocent people out there.
The good news is that #Infinix has made it possible to determine which of the Infinix product is fake and
which is original. You don't need any tool to do this, you don't need to pay for it as you can do it all by
yourself. All you need is to know your IMEI number and the serial number of the Infinix phone.
You will get this information on the back of the Infinix phone or by pressing *#06# (only displays the IMEI).
As soon as you have gotten the SN and IMEI, follow the steps below:
- Log on to www.infinixmobility.com

- Enter the IMEI (contains 16 digits)
- Enter the SN (contains 6 characters)
- Click Submit. A message will be displayed showing if it is genuine or not.
You can also check the battery by entering the Battery serial number in the space provided below.
