I have some suggestions for you

  • "Create Account" Text, need to be uppercase and have more margin bottom
  • "Placeholder" need more padding
  • We have duplicate "Create Account" text here, not do that. Try to rename it to "Signup" or "Register" button
    PS: Do you use transition for button ???
