As mentioned in my previous post,this week's posts are all about what to expect in 2018.Technology is today's subject.Don't miss out on the upcoming ones too.So,let's start our tech list!

  1.SAMSUNG GALAXY S9

                     

Samsung's Galaxy S8 was a big success so big expectations are now for their following model the Galaxy S9 which will be out in a few months' time.   Galaxy S9 won't be extremely different from the previous edition.The main camera will be better with a wider f/1.5 aperture (and maybe even adjustable aperture), and an enhanced S9 Plus model with more RAM and a secondary back camera will be released after a while.    

 2.APPLE IPHONE X2    

Iphone X shown in the photo above   Recent reports suggest that Apple will debut iPhone X2 mobile masterpiece in 2018.The price will be set quite high but the design will be out of this world. Also, a Plus model will be available after the X2 is released. The phone will have an amazing resolution and its size will be as same as the iPhone’s 8.     

3. OCULUS GO    

VR is a trend growing every single month at the moment. That is what Facebook investor saw as a big change and wanted to expand their grasp in the world of VR. The latest iteration of the Oculus VR system is known as the Oculus Go, and it is aiming to bring VR into every home in the world in the following year. The price isn’t that high (if you consider the techno supporting it). The headset is set to be released in early 2018, and you can already sign up for a preorder on the official website.

 4. HDMI 2.1 TELEVISIONS    

This isn't considered as a specific product entry but with the HDMI 2.1 specifications just recently passed, expectations have been created for the next level TVs.  For those who don’t know what HDMI 2.1 is? Well, it supports resolutions up to 10K and increases frame rates.This means a game changer for the gaming consoles such as PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, providing unprecedented experiences for the users. This new tech is estimated to be released by the end of 2018.   

5. SAMSUNG GALAXY X    

Weren't nice the times we had an easy-going, portable phone?Well, that’s what Samsung developers thought and they created the first designs for Samsung Galaxy X.The company's president Koh Dong-Jin confirmed that they're now looking the time to release it in 2018.It’s size isn’t going to be really big.Probably a regular wallet’s size if you want to picture it.I hope it’s as interesting as it sounds in action too. 

6.Nutale  

  This product was expected to launch in 2017 but a few delays have rescheduled the release date.It is now likely to be released in the first quarter of 2018.The Nutale GPS device is created to be as one of the most compact and accurate trackers in the world. It is compatible with both Android and iOS and works in conjunction with your phone to give you real-time tracking updates. Its battery life can even last 30 days. Cool if you don’t like to charge devices all the time.Its release date is unknown but 2018 is the most probable year for now on.              

 7. Reverse Microwave that Can Quick-Freeze Food And Drinks    

Microwaves have been there for us so many years when we didn’t have the time to cook sth and we just wanted to heat the food instantly.But what when wanted to follow the opposite direction?You might have put in the fridge but that would take some time most of the times.Well, Frigondas figured out the solution. This product potential can cool and freeze food and drinks in just a couple of minutes, and it even works as a traditional microwave. Even though, a release date has not been updated it is highly believed that the device will be available really soon. 

8.A Wristband That Can Tell You If You're Too Drunk To Drive   

 Every year many drivers lose their life cause of alcohol.Even though some breathalyzers are being offered on the market to monitor the blood alcohol content levels they can be inaccurate some time and look a little bit weird when they are used in public.After a really successful crowdfunding campaign, the Proof company managed to earn double of what they were asking as a starting capital.2018 is the year where most users will be able to get a piece of this unique and elegant product.  

9.The Plume Flow Is A Portable Pollution Monitor

    Pollution is a really big problem for people living in crowded cities. Many people are concerned about pollution levels in their communities, and this new device is aiming to warn people when they are in an area with low air quality. Its size is a huge advantage as it even smaller than your hand’s palm.The way it works is powerful sensors monitor air quality, the device is compatible with smart phones.After connecting it to your phone you will have a chart showing you which routes are better to use and which you should avoid. The product will be probably out in June 2018. 

10.Kuri Is A Robotic Home Assistant  

 Elder people and people with mobility problems can really be affected by this major technological product. Personal assistant devices aren’t new in the market but for the first time, there has been such an effort to improve the potential these devices may have. Kuri, a tiny robot being fully mobile. Kuri uses wheels to move around and can adapt to the floor plan of your house. Her eyes are replaced with cameras that can take either photos or videos.
