Is electricity self-aware? How does the complexity of infinite "IF SO, THEN" commands in more and more complex programs get to the point it is self-aware - the only way is to merge with the biological human like the article says imo. But I accept I could be wrong.
Merging technology with our brains could potentially give us more capabilities but it could also give the ability to reprogram our thinking. Do you find this problematic?
If I care about what it means to be human as we are now without the silicon/carbon merge, yes I would hypothesize it will be problematic.
