In short, it allows to pay using Bitcoin, Litecoin and Dogecoin.
The code is copyable in computer, ideal for a person to read and will not be be mistaken for a private key qr code.
That's kind of cool. I like how the web site can turn text into images. And Dogecoin was the very first cryptocurrency I ever bought, so I always get a warm fuzzy feeling whenever somebody mentions it. :-)
