I love Teslas...lol...That said, the auto-driving car is not infallible. I'm reminded of the man who decided to foolishly read while his Tesla left him decapitated under an 18-wheeler...In all seriousness, the mechanism is a great; BUT, as the Tesla designers would tell you...It is not fail-proof; and, hands at 10 and 2 at all times, eyes and mind on the road are highly recommended.

I don't know how these people can just sit inside that Tesla and 100% trust the autopilot can't make a mistake. There are always bugs in software code!! I would never trust an autopilot with my life.
That dudes lucky as hell I imagine if someone was actually driving they would have crashed. Human response time is to slow to react to a accident like that. Autopilot especially from Tesla prevented this for sure. With all the smart electric auto drive cars coming out the Tesla easily takes the cake. Anything that guy Elon Musk touches is gold; it’s reliable, quality, an innovative tech Tesla has makes driving safe and easy. If I’m going to put my trust into any self driving car it’s a Tesla for sure.
