well written article ... but for me alot of factors are employed when it comes to internet speed and bandwidth management. Am a network Admin and i have made several post on online IT solution @ www.techsfair.com/ meanwhile if you have a dedicated internet link let say 3Mbps after analysing your usage and averaging this sum, you won't have either congestion on your link. congestion only comes when people pay less internet and get shared bandwidth.
Exactly. If you noticed, this were just the basics. I want to discuss more about it* but it may not encourage others to read, specially those who just want to have a better internet connection, due to the terms/jargon's that Ill be using plus the length of the column itself.
