The 2019 iPhone can come with three cameras

Smart phones these days, at least the most advanced models, have begun to include dual lenses configurations at the back of the phone. This is done using a single lens (although Google's Pixel 2 has proven to be an exception).

However, Apple's iPhone can take the initiative a step further by inserting a third camera on the back. This is a report from Taiwan's Daily Economic News claiming that the iPhone 2019 will come with a triple-camera installation. Huawei has approved a similar project with the Huawei P20.

Through a combination of three cameras, phones are said to be able to capture files up to 40MP in resolution. It is not necessary for everyone to need such a high resolution, but the goal is that users should take advantage of this.
