More bad news about the £1000 Iphone X.
After spending so much money on a little phone you would expect it to work correctly.
The latest problem for the Iphone X is that customers are complaining that they do not have a clue who is phoning them. Just imagine answering calls not knowing who was at the other end, this used to happen before feature mobile phones were invented, but when you pay for a premium phone, you want the basic facilities to work.
Users complain that when a call comes through the phone will ring or vibrate, but the screen does not switch on. The user of the phone then has to decide whether to answer the call not knowing who is calling them.
Some users say that if they switch the phone off, and then back on again it sometimes clears the problem for a few days.
So what is Apple's answer to this after taking your £1000, they say re-install the operating system, and guess what it does not fix anything.
The share price dropped when the news reached the stock market.
I suppose in the future they will release a major update to clog up and slow down the phone.
