Chinese company builds 3D house from scratch in 3 hours

Building homes with three-dimensional printers is not entirely new, but the industry has been rapidly evolving. Earlier this month, a Chinese company using 3D printing technology built a 3D house from scratch in just 3 hours.

Company "Zhuoda" supervising the design and construction of this house, which consists of two floors. Each part of this house was built in a factory and was later assembled together using a crane. The cost per square meter for the construction of such luxury homes is 3,500 yuan (about 564 dollars), much lower than the current industrial standard.

The manufacturer of the house uses various materials such as cement and others, and has not disclosed the physical components of the parts of the house, but they claim that such houses are much cheaper and last longer, indicating that this house lasts for at least 150 years and can withstand earthquakes In high-grade, the building material is fire-resistant and waterproof, and does not contain harmful compounds such as formaldehyde, ammonia, radon and others.

90% of the house was built in the factory, providing many other products made with 3D printers such as interior decoration, plumbing, kitchen fixtures and other facilities.

The house was assembled during a show among people in Xi'an, central China, at 9:30 am, and each unit of this house was placed on top of each other using a crane. The workers first installed the living room, followed by the bedroom, the kitchen and bathroom on the first floor, the balcony, the other bedroom and the second-floor service room, all completed in less than 3 hours.
