This is awesome @silvertop! So are each of those 60 amp charge controllers? That's so cool that you said you were running a hot tub off grid :) I think a lot of people believe you'll have to rough it going off grid, when that is not the case. You may live with all the modern luxuries as long as you plan your energy use and size your systems appropriately. Solar and alternative energies have come down in price so much and can be very affordable when you get creative. Thank you for sharing Brother! I look forward to more of your posts.
Thanks, yes these are each 60 amp charge controllers. The reason i did this was on my 4 separate arrays they get sun at different times during the year. This way in the morning if #4 is shady the others make more electric. I really got hooked on solar! you do just watch your loads. I heat the hot tub, and when it's hot we run A/C and cool the house!
