With the ramp up of world power production and use to electric system. Renewable power such as solar wind. Grid balancing EV's cars, trucks, buses,air planes,even ocean ship. The demand for energy storage is in high demand.
The research on cells has seen huge input off interest over the last few years. The need to find solutions to the main concerns are ongoing. Concerns like, power density, safety,ethical, recycling and reuse, of course the ethical side as well.
This video is a great look at the issues involved anda glimpse at the science behind that research.
It dose not talk about how recyclable the cells are. Which they are.
