1. ISP closed
Closed ISP is an ISP that provides internet access services only to local networks within the relevant institution.
2. ISP is open
Open ISP is an ISP that provides internet access services to the wider community. For example, ISP Telkom, CBN and Indosatnet provide internet access services for government, private and personal agencies. The internet you use at home and school uses an open ISP.
