Development of Technology basically started from 1760 A.D ( Middle of 17th century). This period is popularly known as industrial revolution. In this period of time there was a urred in the field of industry in England. Many different machines invented and the came into use to produce different goods. Some of best inventions of this period are listed below:
Flying Shuttle: in this period there was a star city of trade in England. To solve this problem a person name John Kay invented a wooden machine to spin the thread called Flying shuttle in 1743 A.D
Spinning jenny: to overcome the disadvantages of flying shuttle James Hargreaves invented a machine called spinning Jenny which increased the the production of thread and the scarcity of thread was fulfilled. Though the products of trade increase but traditional system of industry could not change.
Water frame: even after the invention of useful machine to produce trade and to fulfill scarcity of thread in England because of traditional system of industry these machines could not bring big differences so to overcome this problem Richard Archwright invented a machine called water frame and after this invention the traditional system of industries developed. So Richard Archwright is known as the "Father of Modern Factory System".
Power loon: even after the invention of different machines used for the production of the thread,clothes were still woven by hand. To solve this problem Edmund cartwright invented a machine called powerloom after the invention of power loom machine were started to be in used for both making thread and weaving clothes. Water power started to be used to operate machines.
Steam Engine: as Industries depend on water for power so when the volume of water was less in the river the missing could not be operated so to solve this problem James Watt developed steam engine. Now it became possible to operate the machine throughout the year through the steam. Steam Engine was one of the great invention of that time.
Development of transportation and communication:
When machine started to produce a huge quantity of whose transport system was required to sell the goods in different parts of the country so transportation and communication facilities we developed macadam develop the method to make the road in 1804 A.D. the first engine of train was invented by Stephenson. Benjamin Franklin developed hydropower and Morsey developed Telegram in 1876 A.D
Telephone was also invented by Alexander Graham Bell in 1867 Michael Faraday invented electric bulb, Marconi invented radio and wireless. Tremendous progress was made in the field of transportation and communication due to his inventions.
