The use of social media is increasing day by day in children. All the doctors, psychologists, and child welfare experts have become particularly concerned about the losses.

Bruneen Chatterjee, a British physician, has found a relation with the use of social media with the psychological problems of the children.

Doctor Chandan Chatterjee told,He once got a teenager 16 years as a patient. The boy was sent to the hospital's emergency department after cutting his hands and feet. He first thought he was offered anti-depressant medicine. But by not doing that, he talked to the boy and realized that social media has a negative effect on his health.

So the doctor gave the child the use of social media less. Within six months the boy's depression had been cut.

Randon Chatterjee also said that the social media has negative effects on mental health. It is a big problem and there are some rules in this regard.

In the year 2012, the Royal Society of Public Health conducted a survey on 1.5 thousand children aged between 11 and 15 years.

According to the survey, snapchat and instagram make them the most inhumanity and anxiety in their mind. 7 out of 10 people said that due to the Instagram, they were upset with their own bodies. Half of the 14 to 14-year-olds have said they have increased their mental anxiety and turmoil due to Facebook.

Two-thirds respondents said that cyber is being victimized due to Facebook.
Psychologist Louis Thiondo says that the children are spending too much time with their phones. Social media is increasing the tendency of children to suffer from depression, anxiety or other mental problems. These kids are living in a fantasy world. In this, their physical health is getting worse.

He said, the situation has become very difficult for the parents. He also heard of a guardian who sleeps with the WiFi router themselves - so that the children can not get to the Internet at midnight.

Recently, a group of US child welfare experts, Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, wrote a letter asking the children to open the closed messenger kids text message.
