Industrial manufacturing system continuously changes because of the main force, yes, that is technology. For technology, it transforms very quickly. Infact we are in the fourth revolution and fifth generation is at our doormat. Being at the centre of this rerovolution we can pretty much sure that after some decades what will going to happen. Lets discouss what are the main technolgies that brings Fourth revolution in Industrial Manufacturing.

TOP THREE REVOLUTIONARY TECHNOLOGIES:

1.3D PRINTING:

It was intoduced to the global at the year of 1980, but not becomeing a gobal viral. From the early 2010, it continuously appears in the market.
3d printer are not like other printers. It dosn't need any ink ,some special equipments are requried for set up, as it doesn't make images on paper,it creates same copy of a material.
Main advantages of 3d printing are high precision work, less waste, less time taken. 3d printing is able to create complex work without depening on comlpex machinary. 3d printing is now revolutionary technology for manufacturing industries. From making toys to advance medical surgery its changing every thing and make dagnosses too.

2.INJECTION MOULDING:

Injection moulding introduced globally in 1800's and grew popularity about late World war 2. Now it is more popural than ever before. Todays injection moulding devoloped preety much. It has the ability to creat comlpex shapes but it is very economical.

Some times its good but some time its not. We all know technology is blessing of god, and we have to use it in right way. But some Manufacturing indutries use it in wrong way, they just know how to get profit. They use robotics technology in their industries, We all know one robo can work more than of 10 workers, so one robo can eat jobs of workers and its heppening. Some industries give training to the workers but one robot can be opperated by one worker. If 10 workers can do a work, one robot is enough to do this with the help of one or two operator. But what about 8 workers ? Thats why i'm telling Revolution in manufacturing indudutries is good when it adopt those kind of technologies that don't eat workers job. Is not it friends??

Though so much growth has taken place in indutrial manufacturing system.But we are waiting for the blasting transformations that spreads smile to workers as well as owner.
